Lenders, after several years of being subdued, are regaining their appetite to lend, and have an increased drive to help with packages offering the lowest interest rates in history and the launch of excellent schemes to help the beleaguered first time buyers.
First time buyers are being encouraged to buy now with the return of 95pc mortgages and parent assisted lending schemes by a small number of lenders.
