If you haven’t checked it out already, take a look at the EDP’s lead story today about Norfolk based property investment company Targetfollow’s bid to reach an agreement with Lloyds to avoid going into administration over a £700m debt. A loan of more than £400m expires today. Take a look at the latest news on this at www.edp24.co.uk
Meanwhile, I enjoyed a fabulous night out last night at the EDP Bidwells Food Festival event Many a Meal is Lost for Want of Meat! Celebrity chef Chris Coubrough and Norfolk’s farmer and butcher Arthur Howell made a great double act showing us exactly where cuts of meat actually come from. Then we were given a talk on ordering the right steak – rump and ribeye has a lot of fat and apparently rump is great for the bbq but don’t ever eat it rare. If you want no fat go for fillet -which Chris fried up in front of us or sirloin which has fat you can cut off. All incredibly educational – and a bit like choosing the right estate agent isn’t it?!!
