Agents are often asked to trouble shoot at this time of year, with unsuccessful sellers keen to change their fortunes. Price and presentation often figure in the advice given to achieve a successful outcome. Good presentation is key in any sale strategy for any product and property is no exception to the rule. Sellers sometimes like to add a margin on their real price to negotiate with but, in the current climate, this could put off real buyers from even coming to see your property. The best approach on both these questions is to get some advice from trusted and experienced agents as this will also prevent you from underselling which is the one thing we all wish to avoid!
