A “small recovery” in the housing market?

RIMG0190From Ian Harris, chairman of the Norfolk branch of the NAEA and an agent with Watsons.

Comments on new housing stats……..  Both the Nationwide and Land Registry have released house price data, further confirming a small recovery in selling prices.  More cautious commentators point out that a shortage of property (which could also be interpreted as an excess of buyers!) Indisputably small increases are being achieved in a “low volume” market and any improvements in the lending market will only help a further recovery.
