The St Albans property market is traditionally one of the strongest, being in such close proximity to London. There are currently more potential buyers for property than there are sellers and this is helping to sustain prices. Sellers can now be optimistic with their pricing but must avoid being too greedy because buyers are well aware of values and will not visit properties they perceive to be over-priced.
My advice is that sellers should take advantage of the fact that there is an active market for the time being but as we have no idea how long it may last it would be wise to make hay while the sun shines.
