deposits, have their mortgages approved and are now in a position to start looking. It is a definite sign the market is returning to the “good old times” of a few years ago. However, it will take more than a few first time buyers before the market fully recovers but it is without doubt a step in the right direction. With the election approaching we are unsure what type of impact this will have on the housing market, but in the meantime we certainly feel the corner has been turned and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
